After John died it's not up to Sam (who became a successful lawyer) to take care of his brother without knowing the state of Dean.
And seeing his brother struggling with even waddling a few steps, squeezing his massive gut through doors and getting out of breath while shoving down his pie makes him feel things he couldn't understand first.
And maybe he needs some help taking care of his brother in form of Cas.

He doesn't get mad... instead he starts making bigger portions at dinner, cooking with more butter and fat and encouraging Dean to eat more so he starts packing on pounds even faster. Eventually he either comes clean or Dean figures out that Sam knows. Sam loves how big Dean is getting.

The more kids the better and bonus if Sam is pregnant yet again.

They offer Dean a unique opportunity in that they'll fully provide for both him and Sam in every way under one condition... they get to feed Dean. Whatever and whenever they want.
It doesn't take too long for Dean to agree and soon they're living a life that Dean has always wanted for his brother.
Dean is constantly being bombarded with amazing food but its all delicious and things that he loves to eat. He turns out to be quite the natural glutton and even though he's a little hesitant at first he's won over pretty easily, always finishing his plates, sometimes even asking for more and the pounds come on quickly.
Eventually Dean is happily massive and Sam is thriving, eventually on his way to Stanford with a full ride.
Things can become sexual with their benefactor or not... maybe they just enjoy getting to watch someone fatten up from skin and bones to a living blob... same with Sam it could remain gen or can turn into Wincest as Dean grows.

Dean is a chubby (or rather fat) father, and Sam is just as loving of their children. Basically just detailing some of the everyday stuff in the Winchester household with a fat dad who's only getting bigger.

Dean's new found size and massive gain receives a mix bag of alarm, concern and downright impressed attitudes from people. Dean loves all the attention... good and bad and he loves food.
When he goes back to school the next fall he decides he has one goal in mind - he's going to double his weight... hopefully by the end of the school year. Lucky for him he has some help from his roommate Cas and even some help from his bookworm brother back at home.

They can go out for dinner and compete to see who can eat the most. They are not that scared to show themselves and feeding each other in public. When they get home they continue with desserts and also sex. Love to see how inventive they are.
Would love to maybe see some talking in bed about how big they're each getting and they love it.
Can be any sizes but would prefer for Dean at least to not just be chubby but to be very properly fat.

They're both a little embarrassed by the assumption but also thrilled to be around each other once more. One thing leads to another and it isn't long before they're all over each other and now that Dean knows that's all Sam for some reason he can't stop touching and kissing and full on worshipping his gut.

Those that are chosen to participate weigh in their significant other at the beginning of the month at the kick off of harvestfest and spend the entire celebration trying to put as much weight on them as possible. At the end all participants are weighed, hoping to surpass a combined set number to ensure a bountiful year and the individual winner receives a prize of the author's choosing.
Dean is a natural glutton and takes to the contest easily, however, Gabriel almost always has some tricks up his sleeve when it comes to Sam...
Lots of overindulgence, stuffing, food porn, weighing and measuring. One or both of the Winchesters may not be sold on it at first but eventually might see it as friendly competition between them.
